At Always Do What You Should Do, we want you to love what you wear. If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging are intact.
- Your request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Underwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items
- Custom or personalised items
- Gift cards or digital downloads
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange:
- Email support@uk-alwaysdowhatyoushoulddoo.com with the subject “Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- Include your name, the item(s) you want to exchange, and your preferred size, color, or style.
- Wait for our confirmation and exchange instructions before returning the item.
Do not ship items without contacting us first, or the package may be refused.
Exchange Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping of the original item.
- We offer free standard shipping for the replacement item (UK orders only).
- For international exchanges, shipping costs will be calculated and shared with you prior to dispatch.
Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, your replacement item will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
- You’ll receive tracking details once the new item is dispatched.
Out of Stock Items
If the item you want in exchange is out of stock:
- You may choose an alternative item of equal value.
- Or request a full refund for the returned item (excluding shipping).
Damaged or Wrong Items Received
If you received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement at no additional charge.
